Vaši radni zadaci i odgovornosti:

  • Izrada strateških i godišnjih planova razvoja brandova za koje ste odgovorni
  • Odgovornost za profitabilnost brandova
  • Priprema operativnih ciljeva i planova usuglašenih s principalima i prodajnim odjelom, realizacija istih i njihovo praćenje
  • Suodgovornost za realizaciju prodajnih ciljeva s voditeljima prodajne sile
  • Odgovornost za kvalitetnu suradnju s principalima, pregovaranje i komunikacija s principalima na dnevnoj bazi
  • Upravljanje isplativosti ulaganja
  • Definiranje budžeta za marketing, realizacija i praćenje
  • Koordiniranje rada s principalima, Retail divizijom, distribucijskim odjelom kao i svim ostalim odjelima unutar kompanije
  • Odgovornost za forecast i naručivanje robe od principala i odgovornost za razinu zaliha
  • Odgovornost za implementaciju prodajne politike: ostvarenje targeta volumena i vrata po programima, izgled dućana – DSPM i pokrivenost cijele regije

  • VSS ekonomskog ili drugog odgovarajućeg smjera
  • Odlično razvijene komunikacijske, pregovaračke i prezentacijske vještine
  • Sposobnost upravljanja budžetom i ostvarivanje ciljeva prodaje
  • Sposobnost određivanja prioriteta, rješavanja problema
  • Kreativan i inovativan pristup svim zadacima i izazovima
