Farmingdale, NJ | Full-Time, On-Site

Join our team in Farmingdale, where you'll work closely with experienced construction professionals in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Note

To qualify, candidates must have 2+ years of commercial drywall subcontractor experience, 2+ years managing commercial drywall and/or metal framing projects, and direct experience with manpower planning, material coordination, and project scheduling.

Job Description

  • Manage commercial drywall and metal framing projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to keep work progressing efficiently.
  • Plan manpower requirements and coordinate field crews to meet project milestones.
  • Oversee material coordination, ordering, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with general contractors, field supervisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify challenges, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong communication throughout each project.
  • Help deliver high-quality work while meeting project timelines and expectations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working for a commercial drywall subcontractor.
  • 2+ years of experience managing commercial drywall and/or metal framing projects.
  • Hands-on experience with manpower planning, material coordination, and project scheduling.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively with field teams and general contractors.
