Poste : Plongeur/Débarrasseur (H/F) Type de contrat : CDI, Temps plein 35h/semaine (journées de 8h avec 1h de pause) Lieu de travail : Food Market Boom Boom Villette - Paris (métro 7, tram 3B, Porte de la Villette) Amplitude horaire d'ouverture du site et disponibilités : 7/7jours, 9h-2h (attention à la fin des transports en commun) Rémunération : SMIC horaire + carte restaurant + perspectives d'évolution possibles

  • Environnement : Espace de divertissements pour tous les âges sur 5 étages, Food market avec plusieurs restaurateurs différents, cadre moderne et convivial au sein d'une équipe jeune et motivée.

Mission générale :

Tu es le gardien de la propreté et de l’efficacité en salle et au poste plonge. Tu assures le nettoyage de la vaisselle, le débarrassage des tables et l'entretien de la salle dans le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité. Ton rôle est clé, tu contribues à la fluidité du service en garantissant un environnement propre et ordonné, essentiel pour une expérience client impeccable.

Missions principales :

Plonge et nettoyage de la vaisselle :

  • Nettoyer la vaisselle (assiettes, couverts, verres, etc.) en respectant les procédures d’hygiène.
  • Assurer le réassort des verres et vaisselle propre auprès des différents restaurateurs
  • Contrôler l’état de la vaisselle avant de la remettre en circulation pour un service optimal.
  • Assurer l'entretien et le rangement du matériel de plonge (machines à laver, bacs, etc.).

Débarrassage des tables :

  • Débarrasser les tables et les nettoyer après chaque passage client
  • Assurer la propreté des chaises, des sols et des surfaces de la salle.
  • Représenter l’image de l’établissement en garantissant un cadre propre et agréable pour les clients.

Entretien général de la salle et de la cuisine :

  • Nettoyer les zones de travail et les équipements utilisés, en suivant les protocoles d’hygiène stricts.
  • Assurer le bon rangement des produits et du matériel.

Assistance à la mise en place :

  • Participer à la préparation des éléments nécessaires au service (nettoyage des espaces, rangement des ustensiles, etc.).
  • Aider l’équipe à maintenir l’organisation et la fluidité des opérations pendant les services.

Compétences requises :

Expérience : Une première expérience en restauration ou en nettoyage dans un environnement similaire est un plus, mais la formation peut être assurée.

Qualités personnelles :

  • Rigueur et organisation.
  • Rapidité et efficacité.
  • Capacité à travailler et communiquer en équipe et sous pression.
  • Prises initiatives et sens de l’autonomie.
  • Volonté de s'investir dans un environnement de travail rapide et en constance évolution.
  • Parler couramment Français

Respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité : Connaissance des règles de base d’hygiène alimentaire et des procédures de sécurité dans un environnement de cuisine.
