En travaillant étroitement avec le directeur de l’établissement, et avec l’appui de la responsable commerciale IDF, vous participerez au développement commercial d’ Austra Rocks et au lancement d’ O’Sullivans Grenoble.

Missions :

  • Développer la stratégie commerciale : Mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale pour augmenter les ventes et améliorer la visibilité des établissements.
  • Prospection : Créer et démarcher les cibles clefs en fonction des établissements : sociétés voisines, agences événementielles, grandes entreprises grenobloises, BDE…
  • Evénements : Organiser et participer aux événements clients en lien avec les équipes terrain.
  • Relation client : Gérer le portefeuille client en créant de la fidélité auprès des clients.
  • Comptabilité : Suivre et reporter les KPI chiffrés des ventes à la direction.
  • Analyse de marché : Suivre les tendances et ajuster la stratégie en conséquence.

Compétences :

  • Expérience en vente : Une solide expérience dans le domaine commercial, avec une bonne connaissance des techniques de vente.
  • Réseau : Avoir un réseau installé sur Grenoble est idéal !
  • Adaptabilité : Capacité à s'adapter rapidement aux changements du marché et des demandes clients dans l’objectif de développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
  • Événementiel : Avoir la fibre événementielle est un vrai plus !
  • Côté digital : Bonne gestion des logiciels Excel, Google Sheet et Canva.
