Dans le cadre de notre développement continuel, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de sécurité pour garantir la sécurité et tranquillité dans nos établissements. Vous aurez la responsabilité d'encadrer une équipe d'agents de sécurité et de mettre en œuvre une politique de filtrage adaptée aux besoins de l’établissement.

Vos principales missions seront :

  • Accueil et contrôle d’accès :

Filtrer et contrôler les entrées et sorties des clients en conformité avec la législation et les règles internes. Vous serez également en charge de l’accueil des clients et de vérifier les identités lorsque cela est nécessaire.

  • Gestion opérationnelle :

Collaborer avec la direction pour définir et appliquer la politique de sécurité et de filtrage. Vous devrez veiller à la bonne mise en place et au suivi des dispositifs de sécurité durant les services, tout en remontant les anomalies et comportements suspects. Réaliser des briefing de fin de service et comptes rendus quotidiens pour la Direction de la Société.

  • Médiation :

Informer, orienter et accompagner les clients, et gérer les conflits éventuels en collaboration avec les autorités locales si nécessaire (police, administration).Encadrer et animer une équipe d’agents de sécurité tout en veillant au développement de leurs compétences et au respect des règles internes.

Profil recherché :

  • Management :

Nous recherchons une personne calme, ferme mais courtoise, ayant le sens de l’autorité et capable de gérer les situations de stress. Vous devrez faire preuve de réactivité, de patience et d’une excellente capacité à anticiper et résoudre les conflits. Compétences requises :

  • Connaissance des règles de sécurité (SIAPP), de la législation relative aux débits de boissons (consommation responsable) et des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité applicable dans les HCR.
  • Connaissance du code de la santé publique
  • Capacité à gérer une équipe et à assurer le bon déroulement des services en toute sécurité.
  • Excellente communication, aussi bien avec les clients qu'avec l’équipe.

  • Poste en CDI à temps plein.
