C’est un vivier bouillonnant de plus de 400 passionné.e.s de toute nationalité reparti.e.s dans plus de 20 lieux uniques à travers la France et soutenu par plusieurs équipes de support spécialisées en RH, Comptabilité/Admin, Marketing, Achats, Sécurité, Systèmes et SI. Chaque jour, nos talents ajoutent un nouveau chapitre à notre aventure débutée en 1995. Chez nous, chaque poste compte car chaque personne contribue à faire de O’Sullivans un lieu aussi vivant et unique qu’une concoction exotique savamment mélangée.

Notre équipe est à la recherche de Serveur·se·s motivé·e·s pour rejoindre notre staff O’Sullivans !

TES MISSIONS :

MISE EN PLACE, ACCUEIL ET SERVICE

• Assurer l’ouverture et/ou la fermeture de l’établissement quand c’est nécessaire

• Assurer la mise en place du bar et aider à la mise en place de la salle et éventuellement de la terrasse

• Prendre en charge et/ou superviser les approvisionnements, les stocks et les inventaires

• Participer au contrôle des fonds de caisse à l’ouverture et à la fermeture des caisses

• Accueillir la clientèle, identifier ses besoins et veiller à son bien-être

• Assurer le service (prise de commande, réalisation des cocktails et des boissons, service des consommations, suivi de leur paiement, débarras de celles-ci une fois terminées…)

• Construire et favoriser une relation de fidélisation et de confiance avec la clientèle

• Si besoin, participer au nettoyage, à l’entretien et au rangement du bar et de la salle

• Participer à la sécurisation des recettes en respectant scrupuleusement les procédures existantes

• Remonter toute information pertinente concernant le service du bar auprès de sa hiérarchie

ANIMATION

• Animer l’établissement et participer à la bonne ambiance ainsi qu’à la convivialité de l’établissement conformément à notre stratégie commerciale

• Être attentif aux débordements dans l’établissement ainsi qu’aux nuisances sonores à l’extérieur de l’établissement et remonter toute situation qui semblerait anormale

• Si besoin intervenir pour gérer la situation avec diplomatie dans le respect des procédures internes

MANAGEMENT D’EQUIPE

• Veiller à la qualité d’accueil, de mise en place et d’animation de l’établissement par ses équipes

• Appliquer les procédures à son niveau et accompagner les équipes du bar dans l’application de ces procédures

• Respecter et faire respecter les règles d’hygiène et sécurité ainsi que les règles inhérentes aux débits de boissons

GESTION OPERATIONNELLE

• En collaboration avec ses supérieurs hiérarchiques, prendre en charge certains aspects administratifs, notamment au niveau de la gestion du personnel (ex : mise à jour du registre du personnel, signature des plannings, gestion des absences, communication d’informations (accident de travail, absences…) au service RH etc.)

• De manière générale, contribuer à la mise en oeuvre de notre politique commerciale dans sa gestion opérationnelle pour développer notre chiffre d’affaires.
