O’Sullivans, c’est bien plus qu’un simple Irish Pub ou qu’un nombre important d’établissements nocturnes. C’est un vivier bouillonnant de plus de 400 passionné.e.s de toute nationalité reparti.e.s dans plus de 20 lieux uniques à travers la France et soutenu par plusieurs équipes de support spécialisées en RH, Comptabilité/Admin, Marketing, Achats, Sécurité, Systèmes et SI. Chaque jour, nos talents ajoutent un nouveau chapitre à notre aventure débutée en 1995. Chez nous, chaque poste compte car chaque personne contribue à faire de O’Sullivans un lieu aussi vivant et unique qu’une concoction exotique savamment mélangée.

Notre équipe est à la recherche de Serveur·se·s motivé·e·s pour rejoindre notre staff O’Sullivans !

TES MISSIONS :

Accompagné·e par nos managers sur place, tu évolueras sur un poste dynamique dans un environnement à la fois francophone et anglophone. Tes missions principales seront :

Mise en place et accueil clients

  • Assurer la mise en place du bar et de la salle
  • Accueillir la clientèle, identifier ses besoins et veiller à son bien-être
  • Promouvoir notre savoir-faire, nos boissons et nos spécialités
  • Participer si besoin à l’inventaire des boissons, des fonds de caisse, à l’ouverture ou à la fermeture des caisses

Service et animation

  • Prendre les commandes
  • Servir nos bières à la perfection en moins d’deux et élaborer des cocktails au top 😉
  • Facturer et encaisser les consommations
  • Débarrasser et nettoyer le comptoir et les tables une fois les consommations terminées
  • Animer l’établissement et participer à la bonne ambiance ainsi qu’à la convivialité de l’établissement conformément à notre stratégie commerciale
  • Respecter et faire respecter les règles d’hygiène et sécurité ainsi que les règles inhérentes aux débits de boissons

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

Tu disposes d’une expérience sur un poste similaire ou tu es débutant avec l’envie d’apprendre le métier.

INFORMATIONS COMPLEMENTAIRES :

Contrat : CDI

Temps contractuel hebdomadaire : Temps plein et temps partiel

Rémunération : Selon profil + staff meals + mutuelle à 50% + remboursement transports à 50% + avantages partenaires « club avantages externe » (après 6 mois d’ancienneté)
