About the Company:

I am currently recruiting for a leading multinational transportation company, who provide innovative solutions across ride-hailing, courier services, food delivery, and freight transport. Committed to redefining urban mobility, they empower millions of users globally through cutting-edge technology and exceptional service delivery.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end projects for rider-focused initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns (IMCs) to strengthen brand affinity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Communications, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Support the core demand team for Mobility services to regain market superiority, differentiation, and customer favorability.
  • Adapt, localize, and amplify global marketing strategies to align with regional goals while considering cultural and market-specific nuances.
  • Identify and execute local marketing opportunities, including major events, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns, aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with proven ability in data-driven and quantitative approaches.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in consumer marketing or related roles, with a successful record of delivering measurable business results on time and within budget.
  • Fluency in both English and Turkish.
  • A creative and curious mindset with fresh ideas for driving user growth and promoting the brand.
  • A proactive, action-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a fast-paced, structured thought process.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset, consistently focusing on enhancing the user experience.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior work experience with global multinational companies or global agencies.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale integrated marketing campaigns (IMCs).
