Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für deine Key Accounts und baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf
  • Du berätst Kunden und Kandidaten auf Augenhöhe und fungierst als strategischer Partner im Recruiting
  • Du betreust deutschlandweit wichtige Unternehmenskunden beim nachhaltigen Ausbau ihrer Teams
  • Du erkennst Bedarfe frühzeitig und entwickelst individuelle Besetzungsstrategien für deine Accounts
  • Du identifizierst und gewinnst passgenaue Kandidaten für anspruchsvolle Positionen
  • Du steuerst den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung
  • Du nutzt moderne Tools und ein leistungsstarkes ERP-System zur effizienten Pflege und Erweiterung deines Netzwerks
  • Du entwickelst deine Accounts kontinuierlich weiter und erschließt neue Potenziale innerhalb bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du bringst bereits 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung mit – idealerweise im 360 Grad Modell und Key-Account-Management-Umfeld
  • Vertrieb ist für dich ein Heimspiel! Du machst mühelos jedem klar, dass du passendes Personal finden kannst
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und das Telefon ist für dich wie ein verlängerter Arm
  • Du hast Lust, die Bremsklötze abzunehmen und richtig Fahrt aufzunehmen
