Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust eigenverantwortlich bestehende Kunden und baust langfristige strategische Partnerschaften auf.
  • Du identifizierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und gewinnst Mandate durch gezielte Neukundenakquise.
  • Du berätst Fach- und Führungskräfte sowie Entscheidungsträger auf Management-Ebene zu aktuellen Markt- und Recruiting-Themen.
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Anforderungsaufnahme über die Kandidatengewinnung bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung.
  • Du identifizierst und begeisterst hochqualifizierte Kandidaten durch Active Sourcing, Netzwerkaufbau und Direktansprache.
  • Du führst Interviews, bewertest Kandidaten hinsichtlich fachlicher und persönlicher Eignung und begleitest sie durch den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess.
  • Du fungierst als Sparringspartner für Kollegen und teilst Best Practices sowie Marktkenntnisse innerhalb des Teams.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalberatung, Executive Search oder im spezialisierten Recruiting mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen.
  • Du überzeugst mit einer offenen, sympathischen Art und kommunizierst klar sowie verhandlungssicher.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein souveränes Auftreten auf allen Hierarchieebenen.
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Entwicklung von Netzwerken innerhalb eines spezialisierten Marktes ist von Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest zielorientiert, eigenverantwortlich und mit echter Hands-on-Mentalität.
