Deine Aufgaben

  • Du berätst Kunden hinsichtlich unserer Dienstleistungen im Bereich Personalvermittlung
  • Du baust und pflegst langfristige Beziehungen zu Schlüsselkunden
  • Du entwickelst individuelle Lösungen für Kundenbedürfnisse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachabteilungen
  • Du identifizierst eigenständig potenzielle Kunden für die Vermittlungsbereiche Festanstellung, Arbeitnehmerüberlassung und Contracting
  • Du akquirierst proaktiv Neukunden durch gezielte Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Du bist zuständig für die Verhandlung von Vertragskonditionen und den Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen
  • Du sorgst für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit durch eine vertrauensvolle, kontinuierliche Betreuung
  • Du führst regelmäßige Marktbeobachtungen und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und identifizierst neue Trends

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Du bringst einschlägige Erfahrung im Key Account Management einer Personalberatung oder einer anderen verwandten Industrie mit
  • Du hast erste Kenntnisse in den Vertragsarten Festanstellung, Arbeitnehmerüberlassung und Contracting gesammelt
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung im MINT Segment
  • Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten aus
  • Du hast eine starke Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
