Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt deines Netzwerkes und stehst sowohl Kunden als auch Kandidaten mit Rat und Tat zur Seite
  • Du entwickelst gezielte Suchstrategien um MINT-Talente zu finden und anzusprechen
  • Du führst strategische Marktanalysen durch und identifizierst neue Trends und Marktentwicklungen, um gezielte Recruiting-Strategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
  • Du betreust deine Top-Kunden und gibst deine Expertise an neue Mitarbeiter weiter
  • Deine Meinung zählt! Du bist als Ratgeber und Entscheider bei strategischen Fragen zwischen den Teamleads & der Geschäftsführung erwünscht
  • Du analysierst die Kennzahlen deines Teams und motivierst zu Bestleistungen
  • Du bringst dich in unternehmensweite Projekte ein und setzt deine Ideen um - ob Vertragsgestaltungen, Teamevents, It-Projekte oder Zertifizierungen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Personalberatung und weißt, wie man sich ein Netzwerk erfolgreich aufbaut
  • Du hast Lust, nicht nur deine fachliche, sondern auch deine persönliche Entwicklung mit der Leitung eines eigenen Teams voranzutreiben
  • Du hast bereits mit deinem diplomatischen Geschick und Kommunikationstalent Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Anleitung von Mitarbeitern gesammelt
  • Du hast einen inneren Antrieb, der dich immer weiter voran bringen & neues entdecken möchte
