Você tem experiência com custos de produção e facilidade para transformar dados em informações que apoiam decisões? A People One está em busca de um profissional para atuar no controle e na análise de custos industriais, em parceria com o PCP e as demais áreas da operação.

Responsabilidades

Apurar e acompanhar os custos de produção, considerando matérias-primas, embalagens, mão de obra e demais gastos de fabricação. Analisar os custos por produto e ordem de produção, comparando os valores previstos com os realizados e investigando desvios. Monitorar o consumo de materiais, as perdas, os desperdícios e os retrabalhos, em conjunto com o PCP e a Produção. Conferir os apontamentos de produção e as movimentações de materiais no sistema, identificando inconsistências que impactem os custos e os estoques. Apoiar a atualização de fichas técnicas e estruturas de produtos, verificando consumos e parâmetros utilizados no cálculo dos custos. Elaborar relatórios e acompanhar indicadores de custos, consumo e aproveitamento de materiais. Avaliar os impactos de alterações nos preços de insumos, nos processos produtivos e nos volumes de fabricação. Apoiar o fechamento mensal dos custos industriais e a conciliação das informações com as áreas responsáveis. Participar dos inventários e da análise das divergências de estoque que afetem a apuração dos custos. Propor melhorias nos controles e processos, contribuindo para a redução de custos sem comprometer a qualidade dos produtos.

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia de Produção, Economia ou áreas correlatas. Experiência em controle e análise de custos em ambiente industrial. Conhecimento em custos diretos e indiretos, fixos e variáveis, critérios de rateio e comparação entre custo padrão e realizado. Conhecimento de processos produtivos, ordens de produção, consumo de materiais e controle de estoques. Excel intermediário ou avançado, com domínio de fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas e análise de dados. Experiência com sistemas de gestão integrada — ERP — e utilização de informações dos módulos de produção, estoque e custos. Capacidade analítica, organização e atenção à qualidade das informações. Boa comunicação para atuar de forma integrada com o PCP e as demais áreas da empresa.

Diferenciais

Conhecimento em Power BI ou outras ferramentas de análise e visualização de dados. Experiência com implantação ou melhoria de controles de custos industriais. Vivência em projetos de redução de perdas, melhoria contínua e aumento de produtividade.
