Disponibilidade para atuação na unidade de Itapecuru Mirim – MA.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Participar dos processos operacionais e estratégicos de aquisição de arroz no Nordeste, considerando preço, qualidade, volume e prazo de entrega para atender às necessidades de abastecimento da unidade.
  • Apoiar as negociações com fornecedores e acompanhar os pedidos de compra, verificando o cumprimento das condições acordadas e atuando na resolução de pendências.
  • Mapear produtores e potenciais parceiros, identificando oportunidades de fornecimento e contribuindo para ampliar e diversificar a base de fornecedores.
  • Manter contato próximo com os parceiros, realizar visitas de campo e acompanhar demandas, fortalecendo as relações comerciais e a continuidade do fornecimento.
  • Monitorar o ciclo dos produtores fomentados, desde o plantio e o desenvolvimento da lavoura até a colheita e a entrega do arroz, identificando situações que possam impactar volumes e prazos.
  • Acompanhar os recursos destinados aos produtores parceiros, mantendo registros atualizados de valores liberados, aplicação dos recursos e pendências, conforme as condições estabelecidas pela empresa.
  • Alinhar com produtores e equipes internas a previsão de colheita e a logística de entrega, considerando a disponibilidade da matéria-prima e a capacidade de recebimento da unidade.
  • Acompanhar os processos de descarga, classificação e controle de qualidade do arroz, apoiando o tratamento de divergências entre as condições negociadas e o produto recebido.
  • Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de logística, qualidade, operação e financeiro para facilitar o fluxo de informações e solucionar ocorrências relacionadas ao fornecimento.
  • Manter atualizadas as informações sobre compras, fornecedores, entregas e fomento, contribuindo para identificar oportunidades de redução de custos e melhoria da eficiência do abastecimento.
  • Formação técnica em Agronegócio ou superior em Agronomia ou Engenharia Agrícola.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação na unidade de Itapecuru Mirim – MA, com deslocamentos para atendimento aos produtores da região.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens regionais e visitas de campo, acompanhando as etapas de produção e fornecimento de arroz.
  • Carteira Nacional de Habilitação categoria B.
  • Capacidade de negociação, organização e análise para acompanhar compras, pedidos e recursos financeiros do programa de fomento.
  • Facilidade de relacionamento e comunicação com produtores rurais, fornecedores e equipes internas.
