A People One está conduzindo um processo seletivo para profissional com experiência em compras industriais, negociação e gestão de fornecedores.

A posição terá como missão assegurar a aquisição de materiais, insumos e serviços industriais, buscando competitividade, qualidade e confiabilidade de abastecimento.

Objetivo do cargo:

Conduzir a aquisição de materiais, insumos e serviços industriais, assegurando competitividade de custos, qualidade e confiabilidade de abastecimento. Gerenciar negociações, fornecedores e contratos, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional e garantindo o cumprimento das políticas corporativas de compras e compliance.

Principais responsabilidades:

Conduzir processos de strategic sourcing para materiais e serviços industriais, desde a análise da demanda até a contratação e o acompanhamento do fornecimento. Gerenciar a carteira de compras sob sua responsabilidade, alinhando prioridades e prazos às necessidades da operação e ao planejamento da produção. Realizar cotações, analisar propostas e negociar preços, prazos, condições de pagamento e demais condições comerciais. Desenvolver, avaliar e homologar fornecedores em conjunto com as áreas envolvidas. Realizar análises de custo total de aquisição (TCO) e de composição de custos, identificando oportunidades de economia e melhoria das condições de fornecimento. Negociar e acompanhar contratos em parceria com o Jurídico e as áreas solicitantes. Gerenciar pedidos de compra e realizar o acompanhamento das entregas, atuando na resolução de atrasos e divergências. Monitorar o desempenho dos fornecedores quanto a prazo, qualidade e atendimento às condições contratadas. Acompanhar indicadores de compras, propondo ações para melhoria dos resultados. Atuar em parceria com Produção, Qualidade, Engenharia e Financeiro para alinhar especificações, demandas e condições de atendimento. Assegurar a conformidade dos processos com as políticas internas, alçadas de aprovação e diretrizes de compliance.

Ensino superior completo. Experiência em compras industriais de materiais e serviços. Vivência em negociação com fornecedores e gestão contratual. Conhecimento em strategic sourcing e análise de custos. Conhecimento em SAP, Ariba ou sistemas similares. Excel em nível intermediário ou avançado.

Diferencial: Experiência na indústria de alimentos.

Competências comportamentais: Capacidade analítica e visão de custos. Habilidade de negociação e relacionamento com fornecedores. Organização e gestão de prioridades. Comunicação clara e colaboração com diferentes áreas. Proatividade na resolução de problemas. Orientação para resultados. Comprometimento com a ética e as políticas de compras.
