Objetivo do cargo:

Conduzir processos de aquisição de peças, materiais, insumos e serviços necessários à operação, buscando condições competitivas de custo, prazo e qualidade. Atuar no atendimento às demandas internas, na negociação com fornecedores e no acompanhamento dos pedidos, contribuindo para a continuidade operacional e o cumprimento das políticas de compras.

Principais responsabilidades:

Atender às requisições de compras de materiais e serviços, alinhando especificações, quantidades e prazos com as áreas solicitantes. Realizar cotações e elaborar mapas comparativos de propostas, considerando preços, condições de pagamento, prazos de entrega e requisitos de qualidade. Negociar com fornecedores, respeitando as políticas internas e as alçadas de aprovação. Emitir pedidos de compra no sistema e acompanhar seu andamento até a entrega dos materiais ou conclusão dos serviços. Apoiar a solução de divergências relacionadas a pedidos, entregas, documentos e condições negociadas. Prospectar novos fornecedores e apoiar sua avaliação e cadastro. Manter relacionamento com fornecedores e acompanhar o cumprimento dos compromissos assumidos. Acompanhar necessidades de reposição em conjunto com as áreas responsáveis pelo estoque, contribuindo para evitar faltas de materiais. Apoiar iniciativas de redução de custos e melhoria dos processos de compras. Acompanhar preços e condições de mercado das categorias sob sua responsabilidade. Manter registros, documentos e informações dos processos de compras organizados e atualizados. Elaborar relatórios e atualizar indicadores da área. Interagir com Produção, Planejamento, Qualidade, Logística e Financeiro para alinhamento das demandas.

Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Comércio Exterior, economia ou áreas correlatas. Experiência inicial em Compras ou Suprimentos. Pacote Office intermediário, especialmente Excel. Conhecimento em sistemas de compras e ERP, como SAP Ariba, Oracle, TOTVS ou similares. Conhecimento dos processos de requisição, cotação, negociação, emissão de pedidos e acompanhamento de entregas. Noções de contratos, gestão de fornecedores e indicadores de compras.

Diferenciais:

Vivência com compras de MRO, especialmente peças e serviços para a operação. Experiência com negociação e relacionamento com fornecedores. Atuação com diferentes categorias de materiais e serviços. Noções de Strategic Sourcing.

Organização e capacidade de administrar prioridades. Capacidade analítica e atenção aos detalhes. Comunicação clara e bom relacionamento interpessoal. Habilidade de negociação. Proatividade e senso de urgência. Orientação para resultados e trabalho em equipe. Adaptabilidade para lidar com diferentes demandas. Comprometimento com as políticas internas e a ética nas negociações.
