Estamos em busca de um(a) Auxiliar de Marketing criativo(a), organizado(a) e com boa comunicação para apoiar as ações de marketing, comunicação interna, redes sociais e eventos da empresa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar o planejamento e a execução de ações de comunicação interna.
  • Produzir e divulgar comunicados, informativos e materiais institucionais.
  • Dar suporte na realização de eventos internos, datas comemorativas e ações de cultura organizacional.
  • Realizar o planejamento e agendamento de publicações nas redes sociais da empresa.
  • Criar conteúdos e apoiar a produção de artes, fotos e vídeos.
  • Monitorar interações, responder mensagens e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho.
  • Auxiliar na gestão da presença digital da marca, garantindo alinhamento com a identidade da empresa.
  • Apoiar o planejamento, organização e execução de feiras, exposições e eventos corporativos.
  • Realizar contato com fornecedores, organizadores e parceiros.
  • Auxiliar na contratação de serviços, controle de materiais promocionais e brindes.
  • Dar suporte à montagem de estandes, credenciamento e logística dos eventos.
  • Elaborar relatórios e registros fotográficos das participações da empresa
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Criatividade e proatividade.
  • Conhecimento básico de redes sociais e ferramentas de design (Canva, Photoshop ou similares).
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e gerenciar múltiplas demandas.
  • Vale transporte e cesta básica.
