A People One está conduzindo a seleção de um(a) Executivo(a) de Contas para uma indústria alimentícia de grande porte. Buscamos uma pessoa com experiência no canal direto e relacionamento com grandes contas do Paraná para desenvolver a carteira de clientes e ampliar a presença da marca na região.

Responsabilidades:

Planejar e executar as atividades comerciais da carteira, acompanhando resultados e oportunidades de crescimento. Desenvolver o relacionamento com clientes e negociar volume, preço, mix e ações promocionais conforme as políticas da empresa. Acompanhar volume, faturamento, sell-in, sell-out, ruptura, estoque, mix e distribuição. Monitorar metas e indicadores, identificar desvios e propor planos de ação. Controlar os investimentos comerciais da carteira, garantindo sua formalização e acompanhando os retornos esperados. Elaborar, junto à liderança, o forecast mensal e os planos táticos para atingir as metas. Identificar oportunidades por cliente, categoria, linha e SKU. Atuar em conjunto com Trade Marketing, Supply, Customer Service e Financeiro para viabilizar os planos comerciais.

Experiência no canal direto, com atuação junto a grandes contas do Paraná. Experiência em gestão de carteira, negociação comercial e análise de indicadores e informações de mercado. Capacidade de planejar vendas, acompanhar resultados e desenvolver oportunidades por cliente e categoria. Boa comunicação, organização, capacidade analítica e habilidade de relacionamento com clientes e equipes internas. Disponibilidade para viagens quinzenais dentro do Paraná. Vivência no setor de alimentos ou bens de consumo e familiaridade com Excel e CRM são qualificações desejáveis.

Vale-refeição: R$ 39,69 por dia útil.

Vale-alimentação: R$ 334,18.
