Como Consultor de Suporte Especializado em SAP SD, você será responsável por prestar suporte, analisar e aprimorar um ambiente SAP altamente customizado. O foco da posição está na resolução de problemas, análise de causa raiz e entendimento do sistema, utilizando seus conhecimentos em ABAP para analisar desenvolvimentos existentes e garantir a estabilidade das operações.

Você trabalhará em conjunto com stakeholders internacionais para assegurar a rápida resolução de incidentes e a melhoria contínua dos processos do módulo SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) em toda a organização.

Principais responsabilidades

- Prestar suporte de 2º nível (Second-Level Support) no módulo SAP SD para empresas do Grupo em escala global. - Analisar e solucionar incidentes e solicitações de serviço de forma estruturada e orientada para soluções. - Realizar depuração (debug) e análise de aplicações desenvolvidas em ABAP, identificando a causa raiz dos problemas e propondo soluções eficazes. - Analisar requisitos de negócio e traduzi-los em soluções funcionais no módulo SAP SD. - Conduzir melhorias nos processos relacionados ao SAP SD, alinhando as soluções de TI aos objetivos de negócio do Grupo. - Documentar, testar e validar processos, funcionalidades do sistema e soluções implementadas. - Realizar o direcionamento (dispatching) e o monitoramento de incidentes, garantindo a eficiência das operações de suporte. - Manter e dar suporte aos processos de catálogo eletrônico (e-Catalog/e-cat), incluindo parametrizações (customizing) para configuração de filiais e criação de novos códigos de empresa (Company Codes). - Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipes de desenvolvimento para implementações técnicas e com outras equipes de suporte para garantir uma rápida resolução de problemas. - Oferecer suporte aos usuários finais e promover a transferência de conhecimento, contribuindo para a melhor utilização do sistema e uma experiência mais eficiente para os usuários. - Demonstrar flexibilidade e disponibilidade para viagens, quando necessário.

- Trabalho Hibrido - Disponibilidade para trabalhar pelo menos 2 dias por semana presencialmente em Cotia.

Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas. Experiência mínima de 3 anos com SAP, com foco no módulo SAP SD (Sales and Distribution). Sólido conhecimento dos processos de negócio e das configurações (customizing) do SAP SD. Conhecimento básico a intermediário em ABAP, especialmente para atividades de depuração (debug) e análise. Experiência em ambientes de suporte SAP. Vivência em ambientes SAP altamente customizados será considerada um diferencial. Forte capacidade analítica, pensamento crítico e habilidade para resolução de problemas. Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e também em equipes internacionais. Excelente comunicação interpessoal. Inglês fluente ou avançado. Conhecimento em alemão será considerado um diferencial.
