- Buscamos um profissional qualificado e experiente em SAP Gestão de Materiais/Compras (MM) e Finanças (FI) para integrar nossa equipe global de suporte a FI e MM. - Nesta função, você fornecerá suporte de segundo nível para SAP FI e SAP MM, garantindo a operação eficiente e confiável dos sistemas SAP ERP. - Sua combinação de profundo conhecimento do sistema SAP e experiência prática permitirá que você analise incidentes, documente e aprimore processos, oriente os usuários de forma eficaz e colabore de perto com especialistas de terceiro nível para garantir soluções sustentáveis ​​e confiáveis. - O candidato ideal será uma pessoa focada no cliente, orientada para o suporte, que prospera em um ambiente de equipe e é proficiente no tratamento de incidentes de TI do cliente.

Responsabilidades: - Fornecer suporte SAP de segundo nível nos módulos MM e FI, além de um conhecimento sólido dos módulos SD e Logística, para empresas do Grupo em escala global. - Utilizar conhecimento fundamental de SAP FI e MM para fortalecer soluções de gestão de negócios. - Liderar aprimoramentos nos processos de negócios de FI e MM, alinhando as soluções de TI aos objetivos estratégicos do Grupo. - Ministrar treinamentos e suporte abrangentes, aprimorando a experiência do usuário e a funcionalidade do sistema SAP em toda a organização. - Demonstrar flexibilidade e disponibilidade para viajar conforme necessário para prestar suporte aos nossos clientes. - Colaborar estreitamente com as outras equipes de suporte para facilitar a resolução ágil de problemas dos clientes e garantir a conformidade com os padrões e políticas do Grupo. - Coordenar-se estreitamente com as funções centrais do Grupo, como Controladoria e Auditoria, para garantir a conformidade com os padrões e políticas do Grupo.

- Trabalho Hibrido - Disponibilidade para trabalhar pelo menos 2 dias por semana presencialmente em Cotia.

Requisitos:

- Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, TI ou área relacionada. Alternativamente, um bacharelado em Finanças ou Controladoria também é aceitável, desde que haja forte afinidade com soluções de TI. - Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em SAP, com foco nos módulos FI.

- Experiência em Customização dentro do SAP. Idealmente, conhecimento básico de ABAP. - Conhecimento abrangente dos processos de Finanças, Controladoria e auditoria financeira. - Fluência em inglês; conhecimento de alemão será considerado uma vantagem. - Fortes habilidades analíticas, de resolução de problemas e pensamento crítico. - Excepcionais habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar eficazmente em equipe. - Capacidade comprovada de trabalhar eficazmente tanto de forma independente quanto em equipe.
