Graphic Designer / Finished Artist

Full-time | Remote | Philippines | Australian Business Hours

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Finished Artist to join the creative team of an established Australian business supporting brands and retail environments.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys turning creative concepts and existing brand assets into polished, high-quality artwork across a range of retail touchpoints. You'll work across graphic design, artwork adaptation and print production, ensuring files are accurate, consistent and ready for production.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for taking approved creative assets and adapting them across different retail applications, including in-store collateral, signage, point-of-sale materials, banners, window graphics and other physical brand touchpoints.

The role has a strong focus on finished artwork and print production, so attention to detail and a good understanding of preparing artwork for print are essential.

You'll initially work closely with the creative team and receive support as you become familiar with the business, processes and requirements. Over time, you'll be expected to work more independently and take greater ownership of your projects, with the opportunity to grow into a more client-facing capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt and roll out creative artwork across multiple retail formats and touchpoints.
  • Develop supplied brand assets into banners, signage, POS materials, in-store collateral and window graphics.
  • Prepare accurate, high-quality, print-ready artwork.
  • Ensure files are correctly set up for production, including crops, bleeds, colours and other relevant specifications.
  • Work within established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different assets.
  • Review artwork carefully and identify issues before files move into production.
  • Work through multiple rounds of feedback and revisions.
  • Manage multiple artwork requirements while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to clarify requirements and deliver artwork on time.
  • Contribute to campaign artwork and creative development when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in graphic design and/or finished artwork.
  • Experience working with print production and preparing print-ready files.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and other relevant Adobe design applications.
  • Good understanding of artwork setup, including crops, bleeds, colour and print requirements.
  • Experience adapting creative assets across multiple formats and applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual quality.
  • Ability to work through feedback and revisions efficiently.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple pieces of artwork.
  • Comfortable working from existing brand guidelines and creative direction.
  • A proactive approach to understanding briefs and clarifying requirements when needed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also becoming increasingly autonomous.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a retail, agency, print, signage, display or similar environment.
  • Experience working with retail campaigns or in-store graphics.
  • Experience developing branding or creative guidelines from scratch.
  • Campaign creation and broader creative ideation experience.
  • Experience working with production teams, suppliers or printers.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong artwork adaptation and print-production work.

What You'll Get

  • Fully remote work setup
  • Full-time employment
  • Australian business hours
  • HMO
  • SIL / Christmas Shutdown
  • Bonuses
  • Company-provided Apple Mac for work

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process will include interviews with the creative team, followed by a practical technical assessment using an example asset and template.

We're looking for someone who combines creative design ability with strong execution and production skills — someone who can take an idea or supplied asset and turn it into accurate, polished artwork that is ready to go to print.

If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
