Wat ga je doen?

Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat de financiële administratie van onze vastgoedportefeuille klopt. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail verloopt de administratie soepel en betrouwbaar. Je werkt samen met een ambitieus team van vastgoedprofessionals en houdt je onder meer bezig met:

  • Het voeren van de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie;
  • het verwerken van bankmutaties;
  • het uploaden, coderen en boeken van inkoopfacturen;
  • het voorbereiden en verwerken van betalingen;
  • het behandelen van financieel-administratieve vragen via e-mail;
  • het opstellen en verwerken van memoriaal- en correctieboekingen;

Wie zoeken wij?

Je bent een echte aanpakker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je pakt werkzaamheden direct op en krijgt er voldoening van als aan het einde van de dag de administratie weer helemaal op orde is. Je werkt vlot en nauwkeurig en houdt ook als het druk is overzicht. Je wacht niet af, maar pakt werkzaamheden zelfstandig op en zorgt dat ze worden afgerond.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • een afgeronde financieel-administratieve opleiding op minimaal MBO-4 niveau;
  • minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur binnen de vastgoedbranche;
  • een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
  • je woont op goed bereisbare afstand van Hilversum;
  • ervaring met Yardi is een pré.

Compact Real Estate Services is gespecialiseerd in vastgoedmanagement voor family offices, private investeerders en vastgoedfondsen. Vanuit onze kantoorvilla in het centrum van Hilversum beheren we vastgoed door heel Nederland: van woningen tot kantoren, logistiek vastgoed en winkels.

Met een team van ruim 27 collega’s werken we nauw samen met eigenaren, huurders en leveranciers. Onze werkwijze is persoonlijk en betrokken, met veel ruimte voor eigen verantwoordelijkheid.
