Bij ons werk je niet voor één organisatie, maar voor meerdere MKB-bedrijven. Organisaties die jou inschakelen omdat ze behoefte hebben aan iemand die meedenkt, doorvraagt en richting geeft.

Wat ga je doen?

Als HR Adviseur bij AvK Personeelszaken is geen dag hetzelfde. Alhoewel wij van structuur houden, vinden wij het juist zó leuk dat we van tevoren niet weten hoe de dag er uit gaat zien. Jij ondersteunt, adviseert en ontzorgt jouw klanten bij alle voorkomende HR vraagstukken. Vanuit jouw rol als HR adviseur geef je (on)gevraagd praktisch advies én denk je mee over de inrichting van HR processen en verdere professionalisering van het HR beleid. In je dagelijkse werk:

  • Ondersteun en adviseer je klanten proactief over arbeidsvoorwaarden, verzuimbeleid, on- en offboarding, personeelsontwikkeling e.d.;
  • Coördineer je ziekteverzuimtrajecten;
  • Bereid je samen met managers het beoordelings- en functioneringsgesprek voor;
  • Bewaak je de in-, door- en uitstroom procedures en stel je managementrapportages op;
  • Werk je zelfstandig of samen aan HR projecten zoals: proces- en systeeminrichtingen (Nmbrs, Loket, Recruitee), personeelsgids opstellen, functiehuis en functiewaarderingsystemen, opleidingsbeleid, wervingsplannen, employer branding trajecten, reorganisaties etc;

Wij werken vanuit ons kantoor in Veenendaal en zijn regelmatig op bezoek bij onze klanten. Vrijdag is onze vaste thuiswerkdag.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding en minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een HR-functie binnen een MKB- of familiebedrijf. Je bent gewend om zelfstandig managers, directies en ondernemers te adviseren en weet complexe HR-vraagstukken te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen. Ervaring met bijvoorbeeld het werken met een CAO, het inrichten van HR-processen of een specifieke HR-expertise is mooi meegenomen. Wij kijken namelijk graag naar waar jouw kracht ligt, zodat we je daar optimaal op kunnen inzetten.
