Ben jij een ervaren HR-professional die graag meewerkt, inhoudelijk betrokken blijft én energie krijgt van het aansturen van een enthousiast HR team? Dan is deze functie bij AvK Personeelszaken in Veenendaal iets voor jou.

Wat ga jij doen?

Als HR Manager geef je sturing aan ons team van 6 zelfstandige allround HR-adviseurs en werk je actief mee voor verschillende klanten. Je helpt het team verder groeien, stimuleert kennisdeling en bent degene bij wie collega’s complexe vraagstukken kunnen voorleggen. Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je adviseert klanten over o.a. arbeidsvoorwaarden, verzuimbeleid, HR-processen en personeelsontwikkeling.
  • Je bezoekt nieuwe klanten, voert intakegesprekken en zorgt voor een goede start van de samenwerking.
  • Je bent de senior op kantoor waar collega’s terecht kunnen met hun vragen. Je denkt mee, geeft richting en hakt knopen door wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je houdt overzicht over wat er binnen het team speelt en zorgt dat het werk goed verdeeld en georganiseerd blijft.
  • Je stimuleert kennisdeling binnen het team en helpt collega’s zich verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je leidt strategische HR-projecten en neemt je collega’s hierin mee.
  • Je bent zichtbaar op kantoor en denkt actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van AvK, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van processen, kwaliteit en teamontwikkeling.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je bent iemand die overzicht houdt, initiatief toont en graag schakelt tussen advies, samenwerking en aansturing. Je weet wat er speelt in het MKB en kunt snel het vertrouwen winnen van collega’s en ondernemers. Je communiceert helder, denkt praktisch en je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen verschillende belangen en niveaus. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring, binnen het MKB of een commerciële organisatie.
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Leidinggevende of coördinerende ervaring is een pré.
  • Affiniteit met zowel operationele als strategische HR-vraagstukken.
  • Een energieke, toegankelijke en oplossingsgerichte manier van werken.

AvK Personeelszaken is dé HR-afdeling voor MKB-ondernemers. We werken met een team van betrokken HR-adviseurs die elkaar versterken, kennis delen en altijd klaarstaan voor onze klanten.
