The posting

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je een afgeronde opleiding richting Plaatwerker, Lasser of vergelijkbaar óf beschik je over relevante werkervaring;
  • Beschik je over een TIG-lascertificaat niveau 1/2 of ben je bereid deze te behalen;
  • Kun je technische tekeningen lezen en lassymbolen vertalen naar de praktijk;

  • Een aantrekkelijk salaris van €2.750 tot €3.800 bruto per maand op basis van een 38-urige werkweek, plus 8% vakantiegeld;
  • Een winstdelingsregeling, omdat we samen bouwen aan het succes van Electron;
  • Een jaarcontract voor 32 tot 38 uur per week, met de duidelijke intentie om dit om te zetten naar een vast dienstverband;
  • 200 vakantie-uren per jaar (op basis van een fulltime dienstverband van 38 uur) én een tijd-voor-tijdregeling, zodat overuren waar mogelijk kunnen worden opgenomen in vrije tijd;
  • Drie studiedagen per jaar én alle ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen via opleidingen en trainingen;
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer, met een maximum van €245,- per maand;
  • Gezellige borrels, BBQ's, personeelsuitjes en een fanatiek potje tafeltennis of biljart;

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
