Ben jij een ervaren Salarisadministrateur die het leuk vindt om kennis te delen en zich verder te ontwikkelen? Dan ben jij de perfecte aanvulling op ons team! Wegens groei van onze organisatie hebben wij ruimte voor een nieuwe Salarisadministrateur. Je krijgt je eigen klantenpakket en specialisme binnen ons team en samen zorgen we voor een fijne werksfeer én tevreden klanten!

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol combineer je de rol van Salarisadministrateur zoals het tijdig en correct verwerken van de salarisadministratie van onze MKB-klanten met uitdagende projecten om werkprocessen en efficiency te verbeteren.

Daarnaast werkt ieder bij ons aan het ontwikkelen van een eigen specialisme bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van loonheffingen, inrichten modules en workflows in Nmbrs, arbeidsrecht of personeelsadministratie.

Je dagen zijn wisselend en zien er doorgaans als volgt uit:

  • Bijwerken van je mailbox
  • Verwerken salarisadministraties
  • Klanten adviseren over uiteenlopende vraagstukken
  • Kennissessie via Nmbrs via onze interne MKB academy
  • Controle werkzaamheden
  • Overleg met je klant of collega

Kortom, je speelt een centrale rol in het salarisadministratieproces en ons team!

Wat neem je mee? Je bent ervaren in het verwerken van salarissen en bij voorkeur voor verschillende bedrijven. Daarnaast werk je van nature accuraat, kun je goed schakelen tussen verschillende systemen en handel je met integriteit. Zelfs in drukke periodes weet je rust en overzicht te bewaren, waardoor je foutloos gegevens verwerkt en verstrekt. Ons ideale profiel ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie bij een salaris- of administratiekantoor
  • PDL opleiding of VPS
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
  • Affiniteit met cijfers en systemen
  • Ervaring met het werken voor meerdere bedrijven
  • Vaardigheid in Teams, Outlook en Excel
  • Ervaring met NMBRS heeft de voorkeur

MKB Salarisadviseurs B.V., in Veenendaal, verzorgt de salarisadministratie voor zo’n 1100 MKB bedrijven. Naast salarisadministratie richten wij ons ook op het adviseren en begeleiden van ondernemers op het gebied van Personeel & Organisatie. Wij zijn een team van 7 enthousiaste collega’s met ieder eigen klanten en specialisme.
