Deine Aufgaben

Als Project Delivery Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserer Projektlandschaft: Du behältst den Überblick über sämtliche Projekte und leistest einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu ihrem erfolgreichen Abschluss – ohne selbst operativ in der technischen Umsetzung tätig zu sein.

  • Projektmanagement und Projektcontrolling: Du steuerst und überwachst unsere Projekte auf übergreifender Ebene, legst sie im System an und behältst Projektzeiten, Stundenkontingente, Zeitvorgaben und Liefertermine im Blick.
  • Durch die Kontrolle der Serviceaufträge identifizierst Du Planungslücken und stellst die Einhaltung der Vorgaben sicher. Sobald definierte Zwischenziele erreicht sind, initiierst Du regelmäßige Teilabrechnungen der erbrachten Leistungen.
  • Du erkennst frühzeitig, wenn die angebotenen Stunden für die Leistungserbringung nicht ausreichen, und stimmst dich mit dem hauptverantwortlichen Techniker ab.
  • Du identifizierst in wöchentlichen Meetings mit den Projektkoordinatoren Störungen und Hindernisse.
  • Die Abteilungsleitung informierst du wöchentlich über die allgemeine Projektlage und aktuelle Situation.
  • Ressourcen und Kapazitätsmanagement: Du erkennst, wenn die Leistungserbringung stockt, klärst die Ursachen und veranlasst deren Behebung.
  • Du kontrollierst die Ressourcenzuteilung und die kontinuierliche Auslastung aller Techniker.
  • Feedback: Du holst projektbezogenes Kundenfeedback ein und wertest es aus. Erfolgreiche Projekte bereitest du als Success Stories auf und dokumentierst sie.

Worauf wir uns freuen

  • Du bringst eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit. Erfahrung in der Koordination und Steuerung von Projekten ergänzt dein Profil.
  • Du verfügst über Know-how im Projektmanagement und Projektcontrolling und hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, Stundenkontingente, Termine und Abrechnungsmeilensteine im Blick zu behalten.
  • Analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Eigenständigkeit zeichnen dich aus. Du bringst die Fähigkeit mit, Planungslücken und Ressourcenengpässe frühzeitig zu erkennen und passende Maßnahmen einzuleiten – dabei behältst du Auslastung, Kapazitäten und Personalbedarf im Blick.
  • Zu deinen Stärken zählen eine klare, sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und die lösungsorientierte Abstimmung mit deinen Ansprechpartnern. Du kannst den Projektstatus verständlich aufbereiten und vermitteln.
  • Du bringst die Fähigkeit mit, Kundenfeedback gezielt auszuwerten und Projekterfolge als Success Stories zu dokumentieren.
