岗位职责 1、团队流程与日常管理：负责一二线整体客服服务团队的日常运营管理，持续梳理、迭代团队服务流程与规则，推动流程优化、持续提升整体服务体验。 2、核心体验指标运营：精准识别影响用户体验和效率的核心卡点，围绕用户满意度、客诉解决率、经服舆情等核心维度，制定提升策略并跟踪核心指标的达成 3、质检与培训管理：通过专项质检把控团队服务执行标准与服务水位，针对团队短板、数据弱项、高频问题制定专项培训方案，开展针对性赋能； 4、团队组织文化：员工日常激励与梯队建设，做好人员留存与稳定管理，持续优化团队人员结构，保障团队稳定性。 任职要求 1、本科及以上，3-5年互联网/电商服务团队管理经验，有BPO团队管理经验，能适应出差； 2、熟悉客服服务流程、质检体系、体验指标运营逻辑，具备流程优化、问题复盘、专项迭代能力； 3、擅长团队带教、人员激励与团队氛围管理，具备良好的数据分析、问题解决能力； 4、责任心强、执行力高，抗压能力好，有较强的跨部门沟通及落地推进能力； 5、有电商平台、潮流消费类客服管理经验优先。
