1、对得物平台内经营商家的得物推-效果广告收入、广告GMV、TR目标负责。能从广告主投放环节和数据中发现问题，运用经验和诊断工具快速判断问题并推动解决。提升产品的使用商家规模、活跃率和消费。 2、对平台商家广告主进行深入调研和了解，总结客户的投放需求/痛点，结合市场洞察提炼产品需求推动产品建设，并完善功能GTM所需方法论，促进商家投广效率和效果提升，推动收入目标达成； 3、提取商家成功经验并提炼为行业客户认可的方法论或showcase，沉淀为广告产品投放方法论，复制扩大产品在市场的影响力，规模化提升广告收入； 4、联动行业运营、销售运营团队，对内部业务团队和客户进行赋能培训，提升商家投放能力和问题解决效率；

1、本科以上学历，3年以上互联网广告效果产品运营/客户运营经验，熟悉效果广告链路； 2、有较强的数据分析能力，熟悉sql、cexcel等数据处理工具，有策略分析相关经验者优先； 3、具备良好的客户视角，理解商家在平台的经营逻辑，能与商家流畅对话，汲取市场经验； 4、优秀的沟通能力和解决问题能力，能快速响应定位问题，有效协调横向团队合作，有项目管理经验优先；
