1、4年以上电商行业招商产品、商家运营产品或相关业务产品经理工作经验； 2、有成熟的招商产品、商家成长体系落地经验； 3、有商家投放及营销推广经验； 4、深入理解电商招商逻辑与商家成长全生命周期痛点，能将业务需求转化为可落地的产品方案，具备较强的问题分析与解决能力； 5、具备良好的项目推进与统筹能力，能合理规划项目进度、协调各方资源，高效对接不同职能团队推动工作落地； 6、对电商行业、招商及商家成长领域保持高度敏感度，乐于学习新技术、新玩法，具备较强的创新意识与迭代思维； 7、强烈的责任心、结果导向，执行力强，能高效完成各项产品任务，把控产品质量与落地效果。
