Nous recherchons pour le site de Strasbourg, dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée indéterminée un(e) :

Responsable Assurance Qualité des Opérations

Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement à la Directrice Assurance Qualité, vous aurez pour principales missions d’organiser, gérer et coordonner les activités nécessaires à l’assurance de la qualité des opérations. Vous assurerez également le management opérationnel d’une équipe composée de 6 personnes.

Vos principales missions :

1 – Responsabilité opérationnelle des processus qualité

  • Gestion des déviations et résolution de problèmes
  • Evaluation et approbation de change control
  • Supervision du traitement des réclamations clients
  • Supervision de l'activité de planification et rédaction des Revues Qualité Produit
  • Participation aux audits Clients et aux Inspections règlementaires
  • Participation aux audits internes
  • Participation aux réunions clients
  • Approbation qualité (MBR, déviations, rapports de validation process, méthode, procédures, …)
  • Pilotage des indicateurs du service Assurance Qualité Opérationnelle
  • Assure la supervision de l’assurance qualité « terrain »

2 – Libération des lots

  • Supervision de la revue des dossiers de lots de fabrication et analytiques
  • Supervision de la libération des lots afin d’assurer le « On time in full »

3 - Amélioration continue et mise en conformité

  • Proposition, décision, mise en place ou délégation des actions d'amélioration, de fiabilisation et de simplification des procédés et processus
  • Participation aux projets et actions de mise en conformité et/ou d’amélioration continue

4. Formations

  • Animer ou superviser l’animation des formations Qualité (BPF, investigations, etc.)

Profil recherché & qualités attendues :

  • Bac +5 en Management de la Qualité
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience de minimum 10 ans sur un poste similaire
  • Expérience en management d’équipe confirmée
  • Anglais professionnel courant à l’écrit et à l’oral
  • Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Aisance relationnelle
  • Rigueur, organisation et sens des priorités
  • Agilité, capacité à traiter de multiples projets
  • Compréhension et intégration des requis réglementaires et de leurs impacts
  • Connaissance et application des méthodes d'amélioration continue et d'optimisation des process
