Nous recherchons pour le site de Strasbourg, dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée indéterminée un(e) :

Technicien(ne) Assurance Qualité Terrain Senior – Horaire 2x8

Rattaché(e) directement au Manager QA Opérations, vous êtes à l’interface entre les départements opérationnels et l’AQ en termes de revue documentaire, de coaching qualité, de gestion des situations imprévues. Votre rôle est de fournir un support aux opérations afin de s’assurer du respect des BPF et des procédures en place

Vos principales missions :

  • Revue de la documentation de production
  • Réalisation des vides de ligne
  • Premier contact des opérations (production, maintenance, qualification, QC) pour les aspects AQ
  • Suivi des actions à mettre en place
  • Communication entre les opérateurs et l’AQ
  • Assurer l’intégrité des données et les bonnes pratiques documentaires
  • Revue de la documentation de nettoyage
  • Coaching des opérations pour améliorer l’esprit qualité : identification des mauvaises pratiques sur le terrain (mettre du sens, resensibiliser, former,…)
  • Participer à l’amélioration des processus en place
  • Gestion des déviations, changements, CAPA,…
  • Participation au programme d’audits internes, audits externes et inspections réglementaires
  • Rédaction, revue et approbation de procédures, instructions de travail
  • Gestion d’initiatives d’amélioration continue des systèmes qualité et représentant AQ pour des projets site

Profil recherché :

  • BAC+2 ou BAC+3 dans le domaine scientifique idéalement Chimie / Pharma avec solide expérience dans une fonction similaire (expérience terrain et qualité opérationnelle indispensables), en industrie pharmaceutique
  • Expérience terrain
  • Maîtrise des référentiels EuGMP et ICHQ7, la connaissance d’autres référentiels (diagnostiques, cosmétiques…) est un plus
  • Maitrise de la suite Office (Excel, ...) et des systèmes qualités
