Nous recherchons pour le site de Strasbourg, dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée indéterminée un(e) :

Technicien(ne) de production - Purification

Rattaché(e) au service Production - Purification, votre rôle principal est d’assurer la production de peptides conformément aux normes GMP et dans le respect des délais, des coûts et des spécifications imposées par la société.

Vos principales missions : Avant le lancement des campagnes de production • Vérification du matériel et des équipements avant le démarrage des campagnes de production • Participation aux réunions de formation « projets et procédés » avant le démarrage des campagnes de production • Planification des activités de purification des projets que vous avez en charge

Suivi des campagnes de production • Purification des produits (dissolution, purification sur HPLC préparative, filtration, analyse de fractions) et réalisation des analyses chromatographiques conformément aux instructions • Réalisation des opérations de filtration et de lyophilisation des principes actifs • Conditionnement et échantillonnage des principes actifs • Participation à l’évacuation des déchets solides et liquides issus de la production • Remplissage des Batch Record selon les bonnes pratiques de documentation • Rendre compte de l’avancement des opérations de purification et lyophilisation au responsable hiérarchique

Clôture des campagnes de production • Participation à la réunion de clôture « procédé » du projet • Finalisation des documents en fin de campagne de production • Revue et correction des batch-record exécutés

Amélioration continue • Participation à des projets de déploiement de procédés issus de la R&D • Participation à l'évaluation de différents projets en tant qu’expert de campagne de production • Force de proposition pour toute amélioration de l'organisation du service purification

Horaires de travail : Posté 2X8 (équipe de matin/après-midi) ou journée pouvant inclure le samedi

Profil recherché : • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bac+2 (DUT ou BTS) ou d’un bac+3 en chimie • Une expérience dans le système qualité « GMP » serait un plus • Vous êtes motivé(e), rigoureux(se), organisé(e), volontaire et proactif(ve)
