Nous recherchons pour notre site de Strasbourg dans le cadre d’un Contrat à Durée Indéterminée (CDI) un(e) :

Technicien(ne) de production Change-Over

Rattaché(e) au service Production - Change Over, votre rôle principal est d’assurer la mise à disposition des lignes de production USP (Synthèse) et DSP (Purification) dans les délais impartis.

Vos principales missions :

Mise à disposition des lignes de production USP/DSP

  • Contrôle avant production : Vérification des utilités et équipements (métrologie, qualification, propreté)
  • Planification et reporting : Suivi de l’avancement et rapport à la hiérarchie
  • Nettoyage post-campagne : Nettoyage des salles et équipements après production
  • Qualification périodique : Tests réguliers des équipements et information en cas d’écart
  • Tests de performance : Réalisation et analyse des tests avant production
  • Maintenance et dépannage : Recherche de solutions et remplacement de petites pièces.
  • Prélèvement et analyses : Transmission d’échantillons et demandes d’analyses
  • Documentation et gestion : Renseignement des documents de nettoyage et de qualification selon les bonnes pratiques de documentation, report des heures réalisées et saisie du volume de solvants utilisés par projet dans notre ERP

Support technique à la production

  • Gestion des cycles de lyophilisation : Lancement, arrêt et opérations nécessitant une expertise élevée
  • Gestion des équipements : Maîtrise, rédaction et actualisation des modes opératoires, et consolidation de la documentation technique
  • Participation au processus de commandes des équipements et petits matériels
  • Participation au processus de FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) et SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
  • Collaboration avec les services maintenance, qualification, engineering et cleaning
  • Formation des techniciens aux équipements et aux bonnes pratiques relatives à I’utiIisation des équipements

Support à la qualité

  • Gestion des déviations / incidents / change control : Saisie dans notre logiciel, transmission des informations et investigation.
  • Documentation et qualité : Rédaction des URS préalables à l’achat d’équipements, respect des bonnes pratiques de documentation et attestation de la qualité de la production

Spécificités du poste

  • Le travail s’effectuera en horaire de jour pouvant inclure les samedis ou en posté 2x8.

Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un bac +2 / +3 en chimie
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience dans le système qualité « GMP »
  • Vous êtes motivé(e), rigoureux(se), organisé(e), volontaire et proactif(ve)
