Nous recherchons pour le site de Strasbourg, dans le cadre d’un Contrat à Durée Indéterminée un(e) : Technicien(ne) de pesée matières premières et magasin

Rattaché(e) à la responsable achats et logistique, vous apporterez votre soutien à l’équipe du magasin.

Vos principales missions :

Gestion des pesées

  • Traitement des transferOrder des projets Non-GMP et GMP : Peser des matières premières, mise en place des solvants
  • Réalisation des pesées API non GMP pour les envois clients

Opérations de réception

  • Réception physique des matières premières : Déchargement, attribution de numéros de lots et mise sous stock des différents produits
  • Réception physique des procurement categories : Déchargement et avertissement des différents services de la réception du matériel

Opérations d’expédition

  • Gestion des expéditions des principes actifs en relation avec l’ERP
  • Gestion des envois du site

Opération de tenue des stocks

  • Organisation des retours en stock des matières premières issues de la production
  • Ajuster le stock du magasin (via un journal dans l’ERP) de la production en fonction de la destruction des produits
  • Participation à l'organisation de l'inventaire
  • Assurer la tenue de stock pour les produits non GMP

Gestion des achats

  • Effectuer les Purchase requisition pour le magasin en accord avec les kanbans en place

Qualité - Hygiène – Sécurité et Environnement

  • Back-up pour l’enlèvement des solvants usés et rétap fût
  • Veille au respect des bonnes pratiques de documentation
  • Veille au respect des normes et procédures en vigueur dans la société
  • Veille à l’application des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et d’environnement du site
  • Organisation, rangement et nettoyage des parcs à fûts ainsi que des zones de stockages magasin

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme : Bac Professionnel Logistique ou expérience probante
  • Certification cariste (CACES)
  • Rigueur et organisation
  • Aptitude au travail en équipe et en réseau
  • Adaptabilité et flexibilité
