Nous recherchons pour le site de Strasbourg, dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée indéterminée un(e) :

Technicien(ne) GMAO et maintenance

Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Responsable maintenance, vous êtes le référent pour la mise en place puis l’utilisation de la GMAO sur site. Vous serrez ensuite le gestionnaire de la GMAO, des stocks et des achats de pièces.

Vos principales missions :

  1. Gestion du logiciel GMAO
  • Paramétrage, mise en place du logiciel groupe
  • Création et suivi des fiches équipements, historiques de pannes, interventions, etc.
  • Formation des utilisateurs internes
  1. Suivi des stocks et des achats
  • Gestion des pièces détachées et consommables
  • Suivi des niveaux de stock, commandes fournisseurs, réceptions
  • Optimisation des coûts et des délais d’approvisionnement
  • Point de contact privilégier avec les fournisseurs
  1. Support technique et administratif
  • Rédaction de procédures, comptes rendus
  • Suivi des contrats de maintenance, des garanties
  • Interface entre la maintenance, la production, les achats et l’informatique
  1. Maintenance
  • Vous assurerez le suivi des équipements, installations et infrastructures du site
  • Vous apporterez votre expertise et effectuerez les travaux de maintenance curative
  • Vous réaliserez la mise à jour des dossiers techniques des installations et des équipements lors des interventions (schéma électrique, nomenclature, analyse fonctionnelle, manuel d'entretien)

Vous serez amené(e) à intervenir dans différents domaines :

  • La production d’eau purifiée
  • Les installations électriques
  • Le chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (HVAC)
  • Les lyophilisateurs, les équipements de synthèse chimique et de purification

Spécificités du poste :

  • Horaire de journée pouvant inclure les samedis et le 2X8
  • Astreinte possible

Profil recherché :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bac2/3 en Maintenance,
  • Formation spécialisée en GMAO
  • Maîtrise d’un ou plusieurs logiciels de GMAO, idéalement vous avez participé à l’implémentation d’une GMAO,
  • Vous disposez d’une habilitation électrique,
  • Une expérience dans un environnement pharmaceutique et/ou chimique et/ou agro serait un atout.

  • Réactivité et autonomie
  • Bon relationnel (travail en équipe avec les techniciens, les fournisseurs, etc.)
