Progesys est une firme reconnue en gestion de projets et la transition optimale de ces projets de la construction à l’opération. La société est basée à Laval (Canada) depuis 2002 et a des bureaux aux États-Unis, au Moyen-Orient, en Asie et en Amérique Latine.

Progesys est à la recherche d’un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) SST pour joindre notre équipe.

Principales Responsabilités

  • Coordonner les activités en santé et sécurité durant les différentes phases du projet.
  • Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise à jour du programme de santé et sécurité du projet.
  • Préparer et maintenir à jour le plan des mesures d’urgence tout au long du projet.
  • Participer aux revues de risques et contribuer à l’identification des mesures préventives.
  • Effectuer le suivi du programme de prévention de l’entrepreneur et assurer le respect des exigences en santé et sécurité.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de construction afin d’intégrer les exigences SST dans la planification et l’exécution des travaux.
  • Participer à l’élaboration des spécifications techniques et à l’évaluation des soumissions des entrepreneurs sous l’aspect santé et sécurité.
  • S’assurer que les travailleurs disposent des formations, certifications et qualifications requises pour effectuer leurs tâches de façon sécuritaire.
  • Effectuer le suivi, la révision et la mise à jour des documents, dossiers et informations SST liés au projet.
  • Assurer le suivi des statistiques de santé et sécurité, identifier les tendances et proposer des mesures d’amélioration au besoin.
  • Préparer les rapports SST mensuels et communiquer les principaux indicateurs, enjeux et actions correctives à l’équipe de projet.

Qualifications requises

  • Formation collégiale ou universitaire en santé et sécurité au travail, environnement, génie ou dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience pertinente en santé et sécurité dans un environnement industriel.
  • Grande autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités. Sens élevé des responsabilités, de la rigueur et de l’organisation.
  • Bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse. Leadership, professionnalisme, jugement et capacité à faire preuve de persévérance.
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication et interpersonnelles afin de collaborer efficacement avec les équipes de projet, la direction, les entrepreneurs, les fournisseurs et les clients.
