The posting

Propósito del cargo: Brindar soporte operativo y funcional al área de Producto en el mantenimiento, evaluación y mejora continua del catalogo de productos. Su misión es velar por la correcta operatividad de los procesos de negocio dentro del ciclo de vida del producto para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente interno (comercial, preventa, operaciones, postventa y facturación), orientado al acompañamiento y la estrategia comercial

Responsabilidades clave

  • Asesorar y acompañar al equipo comercial en la gestión de producto a través de capacitaciones, clínicas de ventas y entregas de material comercial actualizado en coordinación con el equipo de Marketing y TTHH.
  • Elaborar reportes periódicos con KPIs clave del portafolio de productos (ingresos por producto, margen, ARPU, CHURN).
  • Configuración de plataformas corporativas y gestión de requerimientos funcionales para nuevos desarrollos, verificando que las condiciones comerciales, legales y técnicas de los productos estén correctamente implementadas.
  • Elaborar y actualizar la documentación asociada a productos y procesos incluyendo, Guía Comercial, DP, manuales operativos, instructivos, procedimientos, y reportería aorganismos de control en coordinación con los Especialistas
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización, automatización y simplificación en procesos asociados al ciclo de vida del producto
  • Apoyar a la estrategia de desarrollo de producto a través de la investigación de mercado para la captación y crecimiento de nuevos clientes en coordinación con el área de MKT.
  • Medir el cumplimiento de generación de leads, conversión y rentabilidad de las campañas comerciales en coordinación con MKT identificando tendencias y hallazgos relevantes que permitan mejorar la eficiencia comercial

Requisitos

  • Título en Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas o afines.
  • Experiencia comprobada de al menos 1 a 2 años en desarrollo de negocios B2B.
  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis (Excel avanzado, Power BI, Google Analytics u otros).
  • Cursos en marcas relevantes de la industria como: Fortinet, CISCO, Checkpoint, Microsoft.
  • Deseable conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y ciclo de vida de producto.
  • Deseable conocimiento de CRM y plataformas de ticketing o atención al cliente.
  • Dominio de herramientas de gestión de investigación y desarrollo de nuevos productos.
