The posting

PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO:

Responsable de acompañar al equipo comercial en la identificación, diseño y sustentación de soluciones tecnológicas orientadas a infraestructura crítica, cloud (iaas, baas, draas, saas, maas), housing, hosting y data center que permitan comprender las necesidades del cliente y traducirlas en propuestas de alto valor.

FUNCIONES:

  • Levantar requerimientos técnicos con clientes corporativos y Hyperscalers (google, amazon, oracle, microsoft, meta).
  • Diseñar soluciones de infraestructura: computo, almacenamiento, back up, recuperación, replicación y alta disponibilidad de acuerdo a la necesidad del cliente.
  • Colaborar con los diferentes interlocutores de la compañía en el diseño de las propuestas de arquitectura en networking, conectividad, seguridad y ambientes híbridos.
  • Dimensionar y especificar los diferentes sericios de colocation, necesidad eléctrica (alta densidad), moving para continuidad operativa del Data Center (NOC).
  • Preparar presentaciones técnicas, demostraciones y sustentación comercial (en conjunto con el equipo comercial) que incluya análisis financiero básico y preparación de la propuesta.
  • Relacionamiento con fabricantes, mayoristas y partner para construir soluciones competitivas.
  • Colaborar con la base actualizada de la documentación técnica y el portafolio de sustentación del Data Center en conjunto con el área de Producto de Puntonet.
  • Otras funciones acorde a las competencias del cargo.

FORMACIÓN Y CONOCIMIENTOS:

  • Tercer nivel culminado en carreras como: Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones; Electrónica; Analítica de datos o carreras afines.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Facilities de Data Center: Energía, Climatización, UPS, Generadores, distribución eléctrica, monitoreo. Virtualización,servidores, blades, contenedores - Certificaciones en VMware (Deseable). Storage: SAN, NAS, Soluciones de alta disponibilidad. Backups DISASTER RECOVER: Veeam, Cohesity, entre otros. Replicación y continuidad de negocio. Base de datos: SQL, Oracle, Hanna y otros. SIstemas opertativos: Windows, Linux. Conocimiento del ecosistema de fabricantes, mayoristas y partners.
  • Experiencia: 3 A 4 años como Ejecutivo de Preventa en ambientes de cloud híbridos y/o servicios gestionados; Arquitectura de soluciones o ingeniería en empresas de tecnología, operadores, data center o integradores.
