The posting

Propósito del Cargo:

Garantizar la continuidad operativa del Data Center mediante el monitoreo, gestión y atención oportuna de alarmas e incidentes relacionados con los sistemas eléctricos, de climatización y networking, asegurando la disponibilidad de la infraestructura crítica y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos para su operación.

Funciones:

• Monitorear continuamente los sistemas eléctricos, de climatización y networking que soportan la operación del Data Center, identificando oportunamente alarmas, desviaciones o posibles fallas.

• Realizar rondas operativas y verificar el cumplimiento de los checklists establecidos para los diferentes sistemas y equipos de infraestructura crítica del Data Center.

• Monitorear tableros y celdas de distribución eléctrica de media y baja tensión, tableros de transferencia automática y demás componentes eléctricos, conforme a los procedimientos de operación establecidos.

• Gestionar, escalar y registrar las alarmas generadas mediante las plataformas de monitoreo DCIM y BMS, asegurando su adecuada atención y seguimiento.

• Reportar y, de acuerdo con su nivel de responsabilidad, atender incidentes relacionados con la infraestructura eléctrica, climatización y networking del Data Center.

• Supervisar y acompañar la ejecución de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos realizados por técnicos internos o proveedores sobre la infraestructura crítica.

• Verificar el cumplimiento de los planes de mantenimiento y reportar novedades que puedan afectar la disponibilidad o continuidad operativa del Data Center.

• Ejecutar otras actividades relacionadas con la operación que sean requeridas por la jefatura inmediata.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

• Fundamentos de operación de Data Centers e infraestructura de misión crítica.

• Tableros de distribución eléctrica y tableros de transferencia automática.

• Operación básica de sistemas UPS, generadores eléctricos y sistemas de respaldo de energía.

• Sistemas de climatización y aires acondicionados de precisión.

• Manejo y monitoreo mediante plataformas DCIM y BMS.

• Gestión, registro y escalamiento de alarmas e incidentes.

• Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook.

• Conocimientos de Power BI.

• Conocimientos de redes equivalentes a CCNA, deseable.

Perfil que Buscamos:

• Título universitario culminado en Ingeniería Electrónica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería en Redes y Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.

• Experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años como operador de Data Center, operador de centro de monitoreo o en actividades relacionadas con infraestructura de misión crítica.

• Experiencia en monitoreo y operación de sistemas eléctricos, climatización, networking, UPS, generadores y aires acondicionados de precisión.

• Experiencia en el manejo de herramientas de monitoreo para Data Centers, como DCIM y BMS.

• Conocimientos en gestión y atención de alarmas e incidentes operativos.
