The posting

Propósito de la pasantía

El objetivo central del cargo es brindar soporte al área comercial, apoyando la gestión de ventas, el seguimiento a clientes y la administración de procesos relacionados, con el fin de fortalecer el crecimiento y la presencia de Puntonet en el mercado ecuatoriano.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Brindar apoyo en la gestión de prospectos y el seguimiento a oportunidades comerciales.
  • Colaborar en el registro, actualización y administración de información en el sistema CRM.
  • Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes y análisis de ventas e indicadores comerciales (KPIs).
  • Participar en campañas de promoción y comunicación para la captación de clientes potenciales.
  • Asistir en la coordinación de agendas y reuniones con el equipo de ventas y clientes.
  • Realizar investigaciones de mercado para identificar oportunidades comerciales.
  • Mantener una comunicación efectiva y profesional con los diferentes equipos internos.
  • Proponer ideas para mejorar los procesos comerciales y la experiencia del cliente.

Requisitos para la posición

Educación: Estudiante universitario/a activo/a de carreras en Marketing, Ventas, Comunicación.

  • Manejo de herramientas de ofimática (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interés en el área comercial y orientación al cliente.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

  • Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido y adaptación al entorno digital.
  • Organización, responsabilidad y atención al detalle.
