Pasante de Producto B2C

¿Te interesa desarrollar experiencia en gestión de productos, análisis de información y soporte a áreas comerciales? En Puntonet buscamos un/a pasante que quiera aprender y aportar en un entorno dinámico y tecnológico.

Propósito de la pasantía

Brindar apoyo en la gestión y monitoreo de productos B2C, contribuyendo al análisis de información, soporte operativo y mejora continua de procesos relacionados con servicios de streaming y productos comerciales.

Funciones principales

  • Apoyar en la validación del funcionamiento de los laboratorios de Celerity Play y monitoreo de señales de video streaming.
  • Colaborar en la difusión interna de información sobre procesos de activación de suscripciones para áreas de ventas y operaciones.
  • Receptar y registrar tickets o solicitudes de soporte para su correcta canalización.
  • Apoyar en la recopilación y organización de información de ventas mensuales para conciliación con proveedores.
  • Levantar y consolidar información de benchmarking de productos y mercado.
  • Apoyar en la elaboración y actualización de manuales de activación y funcionamiento de subproductos.
  • Colaborar en la actualización de políticas de productos dentro de la guía comercial B2C.

Perfil

  • Estudiantes universitarios de últimos semestres en Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing, Telecomunicaciones, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis: Excel avanzado y Power BI.
  • Deseable conocimiento en Google Analytics.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado y con interés en el área de producto y tecnología.
