Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen, Bewertung von Hardwarekonzepten, Entwicklung von Schaltplänen sowie Erstellung und Prüfung von Stücklisten für elektronische Automobilprodukte wie On-Board-Controller, fahrzeuggebundene Module und Automobilzubehör.
  • Prüfung von Leiterplattenlayouts gemäß den automobilspezifischen Konstruktionsvorgaben sowie Sicherstellung der Fertigungsgerechtigkeit (DFM) und Prüfbarkeit (DFT) der Leiterplatten.
  • Inbetriebnahme von Prototypen sowie Durchführung von Hardware-Debugging, Prüfstandtests und Testfahrten. Identifizierung von Hardwarefehlern, Analyse der Ursachen und Erarbeitung von Optimierungslösungen für Probleme in der Entwicklung und im Test.
  • Erstellung von DV/PV-Prüfspezifikationen, Nachverfolgung des Validierungsfortschritts, Analyse von Prüfdaten und Behebung von Problemen in den Bereichen Stromversorgung, Kommunikation und Hardwarezuverlässigkeit.
  • Technische Unterstützung der Versuchs- und Serienproduktion sowie der Fertigungs- und Qualitätsteams. Behebung von Produktionsabweichungen vor Ort und Verbesserung der Produktionsausbeute.
  • Bearbeitung fehlerhafter Fahrzeugprodukte, die im Rahmen des After-Sales-Service zurückgesendet wurden, Durchführung von Fehleranalysen, Zusammenfassung der Ursachen serienbezogener Fehler und Weitergabe der Ergebnisse an das F&E-Team zur Unterstützung von Designanpassungen und Qualitätsverbesserungen.
  • Erstellung einer vollständigen technischen Dokumentation einschließlich Hardwarespezifikationen, Konstruktionsberichten, FMEAs, Prüfberichten, Reparaturanweisungen und technischer Aufzeichnungen.
  • Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden und Lieferanten, Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen und Unterstützung bei der Erreichung von Projektmeilensteinen.
  • Fehlerbehebung an CAN-, LIN- und Ethernet-Kommunikationsschaltungen in Fahrzeugen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareingenieuren bei der gemeinsamen Fehlerbehebung von Hard- und Software.

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelorabschluss oder höherer Hochschulabschluss in Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Automobilelektronik, Mechatronik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Schaltungsentwicklung, Prüfung von Leiterplattenlayouts, Fahrzeugbussystemen und Fehlerbehebung im Zusammenhang mit EMV- und DV/PV-Prüfungen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Oszilloskopen, Multimetern, Logikanalysatoren und CAN/LIN/Ethernet-Diagnosewerkzeugen für die Diagnose von Hardwarefehlern und die Fehlerbehebung bei Reparaturen auf Leiterplattenebene.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse für die technische Kommunikation mit internationalen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Ursachenanalyse, Problemlösung, logisches Denken und technische Dokumentation.
  • Gute Teamfähigkeit und abteilungsübergreifende Koordinationsfähigkeiten.
  • Fähigkeit zur Bearbeitung dringender technischer Probleme und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen.
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Fähigkeit zur strikten Einhaltung von Projektzeitplänen.
