Ihre Aufgaben

  • Administration, Wartung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur mit Fokus auf Netzwerksicherheit und Systemstabilität, insbesondere im Produktionsumfeld.
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Server- und Netzwerksystemen einschließlich Firewalls und Endpoint-Security zur Gewährleistung eines durchgängig geschützten IT-Betriebs.
  • Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (LAN/WAN/VPN), einschließlich Segmentierung, Zugriffskontrollen und Performance-Optimierung.
  • Analyse, Identifikation und Behebung sicherheitsrelevanter Schwachstellen in Systemen und Anwendungen.
  • Umsetzung und Pflege technischer Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wie Patch-Management, Endpoint-Security, Verschlüsselungstechnologien und Backup-Strategien.
  • Einsatz von Logging-, Monitoring- und SIEM-Tools zur Erkennung und Bewertung sicherheitskritischer Ereignisse.
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer IT-Projekte und Technologien mit besonderem Fokus auf Sicherheitsanforderungen und Netzwerkarchitektur.
  • Dokumentation von IT- und Security-Prozessen sowie Erstellung von Richtlinien und Anleitungen für Anwender und IT-Kollegen.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, IT-Sicherheit oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Systemadministration mit Schwerpunkt auf Netzwerke und IT-Sicherheit.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Server- und Netzwerktechnologien sowie in Netzwerksicherheit (Routing, Switching, VLAN, Firewalls, VPN).
  • Erfahrung mit Verschlüsselungstechnologien, Sicherheitskonzepten und Tools zur Sicherheitsüberwachung.
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows- und Linux-Umgebungen sowie Virtualisierungslösungen (z. B. VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sicherheitsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau C1/C2).
