Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten und mengenmäßig ausreichenden Verfügbarkeit von Rohstoffen und anderen für die Produktion benötigten Materialien.
  • Planung und Überwachung von Materialbedarfen, Bestellungen, Lagerbeständen, Lieferterminen und Vorlaufzeiten auf Grundlage der aktuellen Produktions- und Versandziele.
  • Funktion als zentraler operativer Ansprechpartner für Lieferanten in Bezug auf Auftragsbestätigungen, benötigte Mengen und vereinbarte Liefertermine.
  • Frühzeitige Identifizierung potenzieller Versorgungsrisiken, Verzögerungen und Materialengpässe sowie Einleitung oder Eskalation geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen.
  • Anpassung von Materialplänen und Lieferterminen an veränderte Produktionsanforderungen.
  • Nachverfolgung eingehender Materiallieferungen und Koordination von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Mengen- oder Qualitätsabweichungen.
  • Pflege korrekter Materialstammdaten, Lieferpläne und Dispositionsparameter in SAP.
  • Überwachung der Lieferperformance von Lieferanten sowie Erstellung relevanter Statistiken, Auswertungen, administrativer Berichte und Supply-Chain-Kennzahlen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Lagerbestände und Reduzierung von Überbeständen und veralteten Lagerbeständen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Zoll, Finanzen, Produktion, F&E und weiteren internen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Materialflüsse.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erreichung der geplanten Produktionsmengen, Qualitätsanforderungen und vorgegebenen Kostenziele.
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung relevanter Managementsysteme sowie Einhaltung der geltenden Anforderungen in den Bereichen Umwelt, Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz, Qualität und Informationssicherheit.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Materialdisposition, Produktionssteuerung, im Einkauf oder Supply Chain Management innerhalb eines produzierenden Unternehmens.
  • Gutes Verständnis von Materialplanung, Lieferantenkoordination und produktionsbezogenen Prozessen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Word, Excel und PowerPoint sowie Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit SAP.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, Versorgungsrisiken zu identifizieren und geeignete Maßnahmen einzuleiten.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten in der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen.
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Fortgeschrittene Englisch- oder Chinesischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Kenntnisse in beiden Sprachen sind von großem Vorteil.
  • Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.
