Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative und administrative Unterstützung des Tagesgeschäfts der Abteilung Automotive Manufacturing.
  • Unterstützung der Vorgesetzten bei wiederkehrenden Aufgaben in den Bereichen Produktionsplanung, Datenerfassung und Dokumentenorganisation.
  • Erfassung und Berechnung täglicher Produktionsdaten einschließlich Produktionsmenge, Ausbeutequote, Arbeitsstunden und dokumentierter Produktionsabweichungen.
  • Konsolidierung der Produktionsdaten und Erstellung täglicher und wöchentlicher Produktionsberichte.
  • Unterstützung des Managements der Produktionslinien vor Ort.
  • Mitwirkung bei 5S-Kontrollen, der Aufrechterhaltung standardisierter Abläufe im Produktionsbereich und der täglichen Kommunikation zwischen den Schichten.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Prozesstechnik, Qualität, Logistik und Anlagentechnik zur Nachverfolgung täglicher Produktionsprobleme.
  • Weitergabe relevanter Informationen und Unterstützung bei der Koordination abteilungsübergreifender Aufgaben.
  • Organisation, Ablage, Aktualisierung und sichere Aufbewahrung von Produktions-SOPs, Prozessdokumenten, Qualitätsaufzeichnungen und Schulungsunterlagen.
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben einschließlich Anwesenheitserfassung, Koordination der Schichtplanung und Organisation interner Grundlagenschulungen.
  • Unterstützung von Lean-Improvement- und Produktionsoptimierungsprojekten durch die Aufbereitung relevanter Daten und die Zusammenstellung von Dokumentationen vor und nach der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
  • Durchführung aller täglichen Aufgaben unter strikter Einhaltung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems IATF 16949 und der deutschen Sicherheitsstandards für Produktionsbereiche.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Hochschulabschluss in einem technischen, kaufmännischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich wie Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil.
  • Ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Automobilelektronik oder in einem Produktionsbetrieb für Automobilkomponenten.
  • Erfahrung als Produktionssachbearbeiter oder Abteilungsassistent von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse der grundlegenden Produktionsabläufe in Automobilwerken.
  • Grundkenntnisse im standardisierten Management von Produktionsbereichen und in Lean Production.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und insbesondere mit Excel für die Datenauswertung, Berichtserstellung und Dokumentenorganisation.
  • Sorgfältige und geduldige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Hohe Effizienz bei der Erledigung übertragener Aufgaben und ausgeprägte Teamorientierung.
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten.
  • Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit in einem multikulturellen Team.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse für die tägliche Bürokommunikation in einem internationalen Unternehmen.
  • Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.
