1. 负责车上自动驾驶感知系统算法，包括但不限于检测/分割/跟踪/端到端等的研发/部署； 2. 从模型准确性、性能、内存、模型大小等方面综合评估和优化算法； 3. 协同上下游进行量产行车/功能模块的技术方案设计和实现； 4. 跟踪业界进展，探索前沿技术，针对算法落地遇到的问题提出解决方案。

1. 计算机/机器人/统计/自动化等相关专业，硕士及以上学历，博士优先； 2. 熟悉Transformer、稀疏感知，熟悉自动驾驶领域端到端方案； 3. 有扎实的算法/数据结构/梳理统计基础；熟悉C++和Python，熟悉至少一种常用训练框架； 4. 具有机器学习和计算机视觉知识和应用经验，如Transformer/端到端/目标检测/跟踪/分割/分类等； 5. 有自动驾驶量产感知算法研发经验者优先； 6. 有计算机视觉/机器学习方向顶会论文者优先。
