1、参与研发效能平台、开发工具及自动化流程的建设，提升研发、测试和交付效率。 2、探索AINative研发模式，使用AI编程助手辅助代码生成、单元测试、代码审查和问题排查。 3、参与AIAgent、研发助手等智能化工具的设计、开发和落地。 4、参与CI/CD、自动化测试、代码质量检查等研发流程的优化。 5、分析研发过程中的效率和质量问题，推动研发流程持续改进。

1、计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2、具备良好的编程基础，掌握Python、Java、Go、JavaScript/TypeScript等至少一种语言。 3、了解Linux、Git、数据库、网络等基础知识。 4、对AI辅助研发、大模型应用或AIAgent感兴趣，有相关课程设计、个人项目、开源项目或实习经历 者优先。 综合素质 1、具备较强的自驱力和技术好奇心，乐于探索新技术与AI新范式。 2、具备良好的逻辑思维、问题分析和沟通协作能力。 3、具备一定的产品意识和工程意识，关注代码质量、可维护性与用户体验。 能够快速学习并理解业务需求，主动推动问题解决和结果落地。 加分项 1、用过 Codex、ClaudeCode、Cursor、GitHub Copilot 等Al 编程工具。 2、有Al应用、智能问答、Agent、Prompt Engineering等项目实践。 3、了解CI/CD、自动化测试、Docker等技术。 4、有技术博客、开源项目或编程竞赛经历。
