【岗位定位】 ：负责 L4 级智能驾驶系统中决策与规划模块的算法设计、实现与优化，重点围绕端到端模型方向开展技术攻关，提升智能驾驶车辆在复杂场景下的自主决策能力与通行效率。

【工作内容】 ： 1、端到端模型研发与 L4 场景适配 ：参与端到端决策规划模型的设计、训练与优化，探索基于深度学习、模仿学习、强化学习等技术的端到端解决方案，针对 L4 级智能驾驶场景（如 Robovan 无图智驾、Robotaxi 等）优化模型的场景适配能力，负责 L4 场景下后处理逻辑的设计、实现与效果优化，确保模型在公开道路、末端配送等复杂场景下的安全性、舒适性与泛化能力。 2、数据闭环建设 ：参与端到端模型的数据闭环体系建设，包括数据采集、标注、清洗与管理，通过分析仿真与实车数据，持续迭代模型性能。 3、模型评测与验证 ：负责端到端模型的评测与验证工作，设计合理的评测指标与测试用例，确保模型满足 L4 级智能驾驶的功能与性能要求。

1、机器人学、计算机、车辆工程、自动化、应用数学等相关专业，27届硕士及以上学历； 2、具有扎实的数理基础，熟悉数值优化、计算几何、搜索算法、控制理论、机器学习等一个或多个方向； 3、具有智能运动规划、决策控制相关科研或项目经验，有端到端规划、模仿学习、强化学习等相关经验者优先； 4、具有端到端模型研发相关经验，参与过至少一个端到端模型从设计到落地的完整流程； 5、具有扎实的 C++ 基础和算法分析能力，熟悉 Python，具有良好的编程规范； 6、具有良好的英文文献阅读和学习能力； 7、具有良好的沟通表达和团队合作能力。
