1. 负责自动驾驶中 Occupancy Network（OCC）相关算法的研究与开发，构建高精度的3D场景占据网络模型。 2. 设计和实现端到端中的占据栅格算法，从多传感器（如摄像头、激光雷达等）数据中提取环境信息，生成3D占据栅格地图。 3. 优化 Occupancy Network 的推理效率和精度，提升模型在复杂场景下的鲁棒性和实时性。 4. 结合深度学习、计算机视觉等技术，开发高效的3D目标检测、语义分割和场景理解算法。 5. 在仿真环境和实车测试中验证算法性能，分析数据并持续优化模型。 6. 与感知、规划、控制等团队协作，推动 OCC 算法在实际自动驾驶系统中的应用落地。 7. 撰写技术文档，参与技术评审，跟踪学术界和工业界的最新进展。

1.计算机科学、电子工程、自动化、机器人、人工智能等相关专业硕士及以上学历。 2.熟练掌握 Python、C++ 等编程语言，具备扎实的算法和数据结构基础。 3.熟悉深度学习、计算机视觉、3D 几何处理等技术，有 PyTorch 等框架的实际项目经验。 4.熟悉 Occupancy Network、3D 目标检测、BEV 感知、语义分割等相关算法。 5.熟悉 Transformer、扩散模型、自回归生成等主流网络结构与训练范式。 6.了解多传感器融合（摄像头、激光雷达等）技术，具备相关开发经验者优先。 7.有自动驾驶、机器人、计算机视觉等相关领域的实际项目经验。 以下经验者优先： 1.具备 3D Gaussian Splatting / NeRF 等可微渲染或自监督表征学习相关研究/落地经验。 2.具备 Occupancy Network、4D Occupancy Forecasting 等 3D 场景理解算法开发经验。 3.具备 World Model / Occ-World 相关研究或工程化经验。 4.具备端到端自动驾驶模型（感知—预测—规划一体化）开发经验。 5.在 CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、NeurIPS、ICLR 等顶会发表过相关论文，或在公开榜单（如 nuScenes、Occ3D、Waymo）取得优秀成绩。
